Our room was always clean with comfy beds, and it was a great spot to explore from thanks to the central location in a safe area.

very kind staff, brand-new rooms with comfortable beds, free wi-fi. location - magnificent, close to the light rail station as well as shops. plus, 10 minutes drive from national show center.

Unclean bathroom.

The room we had included a fridge, a microwave oven, and central heating. There was an exceptionally comfortable bed and a large bathroom. After a long drive the amicable and amazingly nice staff was waiting for us.

the room we booked was very spacious and extremely clean. It had all the amenities we needed, like a TV, comfortable beds, a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator.

Clean place and courteous staff, really enjoyed great location. They gave us extremely spacious standard king room with comfortable beds.

Breakfast, it was nothing fancy, could definitely be improved.

The place was lovely, it worked for me. the staff were accommodating people. the location very close to the city center was marvelous and handy.

It's not Best Western City Center but Comfort Inn (see above). The rooms are clean, comfortable, but nothing fancy. The free breakfast was also simple but satisfying. The free and working wireless internet was great.

I wouldn't mind having some fresh fruit for breakfast instead of canned ones, especially in season.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel as it was quiet and suited me well, with the excellent location being right next to the tram station, city center, and airport.

The room was a nice size and had comfortable beds. Having a fridge, microwave oven, and central heating was a nice touch. the staff was incredibly attentive with a great attitude.

1.I was told they had a shuttle to the hotel and when I called I was instructed to go outside. After 30 minutes, someone told me that I had to go inside the airport to a counter and register. When I called the hotel from the airport, they should have given me those instructions.2.When I made the reservation I had put my VISA debit card info to hold the reservation; @ check-in I was requested a credit card, so I provided my AMEX & specifically told them to charge the room to it; instead they charged my VISA which caused me to get a $36 overdraft fee in my bank account. When I called the hotel the Manager said it was a holding fee. I understand if I would have been a no show that they would charge the VISA; but that was not the case.
